Warranty Policy

What Is Covered

All products sold by MaverickPCBuilds carry the manufacturer's official warranty. Most components (processors, GPUs, motherboards, RAM, storage, PSUs, cases, and coolers) come with 36 months of coverage, while some accessories and peripherals carry 12-24 months. The exact warranty period is shown on each product page.

What Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use
• Workmanship issues with the product at the time of delivery
• Replacement or repair at the manufacturer's discretion

What Is NOT Covered

• Physical damage, drops, liquid damage, or burns
• Overclocking damage or use outside the manufacturer's specifications
• Wear-and-tear items such as fans (unless failing within the warranty period)
• Tampering, disassembly, or unauthorised repairs
• Data loss on storage drives

How to Claim a Warranty

You never deal with the manufacturer directly - we run the entire claim process for you, including courier pickup and return shipping.

First 7 Days - Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your product arrives faulty, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will prioritise an immediate replacement or refund - no waiting for the full RMA cycle.

Warranty Is Non-Transferable

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser with a valid order number. Please keep your invoice - we can regenerate a copy if you lose it.
