Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation before your order ships - here is exactly how it works.
When You Can Cancel
- Before shipping: Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Your full payment is refunded.
- After shipping: Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled online. You can instead refuse the delivery or use our 7-day return policy.
How to Cancel
- Contact us via the Contact page with your order number
- Mention "Cancel Order" in the subject line
- Our team confirms the cancellation and refund within a few hours (during business hours)
Refund After Cancellation
- UPI / wallet payments: refunded within 24 hours
- Credit / debit card payments: 5-7 business days depending on your bank
- Cash on Delivery orders: nothing was charged, so nothing to refund
- EMI transactions: the loan is reversed by your bank; timelines vary by bank
Orders We Cannot Cancel
Custom-built or configured PCs, and products already dispatched, cannot be cancelled. These are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy instead.
Cancellation by Us
In rare cases (stock issues, pricing errors, or payment verification failure), we may cancel an order ourselves. If that happens, you will receive a full automatic refund plus a personal note explaining why - and we will always offer to help you find an alternative.
