Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). High-demand items may occasionally take up to 72 hours to dispatch - we will keep you informed.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs 50,000
- Flat Rs 99 on orders below Rs 50,000 within metro cities
- Flat Rs 149 on orders below Rs 50,000 across the rest of India
- Shipping charges are always shown clearly at checkout before you pay

Order Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking link by email and SMS, and you can check live status on the Track Your Order page at any time.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on orders up to Rs 50,000 across most of India. A small handling fee may apply. If you do not accept the COD parcel, a failed-delivery charge of Rs 199 will be deducted from any future refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging looks damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
