Orders
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, head to checkout, enter your shipping and billing details, choose a payment method, and confirm. You will get an order confirmation email with your order number immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes - if the order has not shipped yet. Contact us right away and we will update or cancel it. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
How do I know my order was confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can also check the status any time on the Track Your Order page.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 2-4 business days. Rest of India: 3-6 business days. Remote locations may take a little longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes - shipping is free on all orders above Rs 50,000. Orders below that are charged a flat, transparent rate shown at checkout.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Once shipped, you will get a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also check live status on the Track Your Order page.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we ship across India only. International shipping is coming soon.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), net banking, popular wallets, EMI, and Cash on Delivery. See Payment Options for the full list.
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with full encryption. We never store your card details.
Can I pay in EMIs?
Yes - select EMI at checkout on eligible cards. EMI options vary by bank and order value.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items can be replaced or refunded within 7 days as well. See Returns & Refunds for the full policy.
When will I get my refund?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. UPI and card refunds usually reflect sooner.
What about warranties?
All products carry their manufacturer warranty (36 months for most components). We assist with warranty claims end to end. See Warranty Policy for details.
PC Builder
Is the PC Builder tool free to use?
Yes, completely free. Pick compatible components for every slot and see the total build cost instantly.
Can you assemble a PC for me?
Yes - contact our support team after building your configuration and we can arrange assembly and delivery of a fully built, tested system.
