You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of this site by, any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or connected databases.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
We make every effort to display product details, specifications, and pricing accurately. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. While we strive to keep all products in stock, availability can change rapidly; in the rare case an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you with options - a substitute, a hold, or a full refund.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We use PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and never store your card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping address you provided. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law are not affected by any of these policies.
7. Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (36 months for most components). Warranty claims are handled in line with our Warranty Policy and the manufacturer's terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software - is the property of MaverickPCBuilds or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaverickPCBuilds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
